Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements:
Gable front frame two-story duplex, stone foundation, cut glass in transom, side hall plan (right, twin
doors). Twin plan to 90-92 Clarke. Unusual double-decker plan with walkout on upper level set in line
with main entry below. Unusually broad front eaves
Physical Description:
56x26 core, east side bay, 7x26 full-width recessed double-decker front porch. Leaded glass transoms.
Alterations:
Resided, narrow aluminum siding, window replacement on side walls.
Building Permits:
1995-siding, re-roof, fix porch column, $3,300

Landscaping Notes:
Steep hill, on shelf, drive to west, raised porch, fronts northeast.

Lean Duncan owns two lots when sewered June 1905, sewer hookup August 24, 1915. W. Duncan
builds $1,600 two-story frame residence, 86 Seminary (Telegraph-Herald, December 26, 1915)
