Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements:
Italianate style, gable front brick, side hall plan (right, twin doors, transom), 3 apts, ornate single
brackets
Physical Description:
35x22 core, 6x22 porch 9 (part of original porch), stucco foundation, rear porch enclosed and re-sided,
some 2/2 windows survive, rounded brick voussior arches, blank west sidewall
Alterations:
Porch enclosed on east end and enclosed stairway leads to second floor, upper level window
replacements, new porch columns

Landscaping Notes:
Ground drops to south, fronts north.
8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
This house has defied city directory documentation and no original owner is offered. The historical
house number 306-08 does not appear in directories 1899-1915. The house is attributed to an early
date and it certainly is an early house.
