Room 4 at the Grand
River Center, 500 Bell
Street.

Mayor Buol read the
call and stated this is a
special session of the
City Council to conduct
the annual City Council
Goal Setting Session.

row, FL, facilitated the
second session of the
FY 2014 City Council's
goal setting. Following
discussion, the -City
Council reached con-
sensus on the
following goals and
priorities for 2012 -2018.
15 -YEAR VISION
STATEMENT
• The city of Dubuque
is a progressive,
sustainable city with a
strong diversified
economy and expand-
ing global connections;
• The Dubuque com-
munity is an inclusive
community celebrating
culture and heritage
and has •actively
preserved our Master-
piece on the
Mississippi;
• Dubuque, citizens
experience healthy
living and active

borhoods and an
