Landscaping Notes:
The subject lot is .18 Acres or 8,000 sq ft in area. Most of the yard is flat with the exception of the
southwest corner. There is a curb cut to the west of the house that accesses a gravel parking area.
8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
The structure has vinyl siding, windows have been replaced; some of the soffit/fascia and window /door
casings have been wrapped with aluminum. There are 2 two -story frame additions that have been
added to the original house. The property retains little architectural integrity.
Historical Notes:
Property was owned by Francis Kennicker with water service was tapped on August 1, 1966.
