of guardrail. The lower deck is deficient a handrail. Some
guardrails may be finished, but are not on because Mr.
Specht is trying to finish siding the rear. These violations
were first cited June 12, 2000.

my inspection. The room meets all code requirements except
ceiling height. The ceiling height is 6' 8". The existing
ceiling can not be raised because of the plumbing, heating
and electrical above the ceiling. The room would need a
variance of 4"
