Landscaping Notes: The subject lot is 60' W x 120' L and .17 Acres (7,200 sq ft) in area. The lot drops approximately 10 feet from the northwest corner to the southeast corner. There is a partially improved (gravel /grass) alley to the north of the lot. There is a concrete driveway that accesses the detached garage from the alley. There is a private sidewalk from the public sidewalk along Primrose Street to the front door. 8. Narrative Statement of Significance: The structure has asbestos slate siding, aluminum awnings, windows have been replaced; the soffit /fascia has been wrapped with aluminum. An aluminum shed -roof porch and large wood deck have been added to the building. There are two frame porches that have been enclosed. The property retains little architectural integrity.
