Nature of Claim
Vehicle Damage
The claimant states that his truck's window was broken while Airport employees were
mowing the grass near his vehicle.
According to the report of Bob Boleyn, Co-Acting Airport Manager, after reviewing the
accident report, it appeared that the broken window was the result of mowing operations
by Airport staff. It is his recommendation that the claim be approved for payment. The
Legal Department concurs with this recommendation. .~/7,_..~, ~
