Created; Composition: There is hereby created an Environmental Stewardship Ad~sory Commission, which shall consist of seven (7) members, who shall all be residents of the City, and shall include a mem- ber representing those who will inherit l.he environment (a person between the ages of 16 and 20 at time of appoin[ment), and six (6)' members who shall include representation from diverse segrnen[s of the City's population. It is desirable to select some members who may have helpful backgrounds with environmen- tal/biological science, health care, busi- nesm'industry, and environmentaYcivic groups.
