7. Narrative Description:
Style/Year: One-Story, Steel Storage building built in 1993. The building has a raised poured concrete
foundation, with steel framing and siding. Two overhead doors and one entry door are located on the
south façade of the building and are access through a covered metal canopy that joins 501 & 507 E.
15th Street.

Landscaping Notes:
The subject property is a level lot that has frontage on Pine Street (gravel). The property is border by
501 & 507 E. 15th Street to the south, an alley to the east, 508 E. 15th Street to the north and Pine
Street to the west.
8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
This structure is only 21 years old and does not achieve the 50 year threshold to be considered for the
National Register of Historic Places. This property and the surrounding neighborhood were evaluated
as part of an In-depth Architectural and Historic Survey conducted by Jim Jacobsen of History Pays! in
2003. The property at that time was not identified as National Register Eligible. Although 11 years
have passed since the in-depth survey, the property is still not National Register Eligible.
