This property and the surrounding neighborhood were evaluated as part of an In-depth Architectural
and Historic Survey conducted by Jim Jacobsen of History Pays! in 2002. The property at that time
was not identified as National Register Eligible. Although 10 years have passed since the in-depth
survey, the property is still not National Register Eligible. The structure has vinyl siding, insul-brick
siding, windows have been replaced, the front gable window has been sided over, soffit/fasica/casing
have been wrapped with aluminum and the porches have been modified. The property retains little
architectural integrity.
