The front façade features a symmetrical fenestration. There is a vent located in the front gable. The second floor has two window evenly distributed across the front and the first floor has an entry door located on the right side. A hipped-roof, framed, enclosed-porch with a side entry spans across the entire length of the structure. The lot is level. There is a public walk across the front of the lot. A private sidewalk leads from the public walk to the front porch. The property can be accessed by a rear alley. Narrative Statement of Significance: This property and the surrounding neighborhood were evaluated as part of an In-depth Architectural and Historic Survey conducted by Jim Jacobsen of History Pays! in 2002. The property at that time was not identified as National Register Eligible. Although 11 years have passed since the in-depth survey, the property is still not National Register Eligible. The structure has aluminum siding/soffit/fascia/casings, windows have been replaced, the front gable window has been sided over, and the front porch has been modified. The property retains little architectural integrity. Historical Notes: Robert Timmermann owned the lot on October 28, 1965 when a new copper water line was installed.
