7. Narrative Description:
This is a two-story gable front single-family residential plan. The house fronts northwest onto East 22nd
Street and is located three houses east of that street's intersection with Kniest Street.
The house front is two bays in width and the entrance is located in the left-hand front corner. There is
a gable-roof entry porch (nine feet wide by five feet deep) with side-walls and a front approach. There
are two windows on the upper front as well as a centered small attic window. Side fenestration is
symmetrical.
The rectangular plan measures 17 feet in width and 32 feet in depth. A southwest corner porch (four
feet wide by 14 feet deep) intrudes into the otherwise rectangular footprint. A single-story rear wing set
into the southeast corner, measures 13 feet in width and ten feet in depth.
