Narrative Description: This is a much-altered two-story side gable duplex. Assessor's data is needed. The building is squarish in plan, has a stone foundation, and a large gable roof front cross dormer that interrupts the eavesline. There is a subordinate rear gable roofed wing and side porches. There is a south-side three sided bay window on the ground floor. The building has lost its front entrances, porch and most of its fenestration. The rear porches have been partially enclosed and egress is through the rear of the duplex. Narrative Statement of Significance: This duplex post-dates 1891 and is extant by 1909. The Assessor dates it to 1900. Maps through 1950 show a long shed/garage across the rear of the property.
