7. Narrative Description:
This is a two-story gable front frame duplex that fronts east on Prince Street. Each half-plan measures
14 feet in width and 40 feet in depth. The rear porch (2307) measures seven feet in width and five feet
in depth and is in the northwest outside corner, while 2305 has a side porch near the back of the plan
(12 feet long, five feet wide, enclosed, west entrance). There is a single-story shed (12 feet wide, 22
feet long) with a south side porch and entry porch (nineteen feet long, four feet wide) and there is a
shed roof open porch built along its west side. The full-width hip roof front porch is six feet deep. The
attic is finished (2305).
