NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBUQUE, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The City of Dubuque hereby accepts the Warranty Deed from Dubuque Community School District attached hereto. 2.
