COUNCIL MEMBER REPORTS Council Member Connors gave a shout out to local youth at Hempstead High School for their wonderful presentation of a class project regarding what youth need in Dubuque. Connors also acknow- ledged Olivia Fransen a 6th grader at Eleanor Roosevelt Middle School who won the Iowa League of Cities 5th annual "If I Were Mayor...." Contest. In addition, Connors spoke regarding an open house she attended where Wah- lert Catholic High School students show- ed off their winning antiroll-back devises for wheel chairs.
