A water main broke on Stevens Court, Jan 14, 2001 - causing water and mud in our basement family room, basement bathroom, basement storage room and basement
workshop and hallway. We have never had water in basement for 31 years we lived here. We had rain on Jan. 29 and Jan. 30, 2001, water came in again on Feb. 2, 2001. Rain again on Feb. 8,2001 - waaater came in again on Feb. 9, 2001.

Yes, bathroom, a total loss, Personal property, clean up, insurance co. is handling this. They will file a claim for this.

We never had any water or mud problems for the 31 years we lived here (we are the originalowners). Afte rthe water main break on 1-14-01, we had rain water come in twice. It will only get worse.
