Edwards, 390 Hill Street, requesting to address the City Council to submit a petition regarding the in- tersection of Hill Street and West Third Street. Motion by Cline to receive and file the documents and refer to the City Man- ager. Seconded by Lynch. James Edwards read the petition. Cline said that it is a very busy, heavily trav- eled intersection and sug- gested referring it to the City Manager and Engi- neering Department for re- view. Jones said that a four-way stop might be a quick fix and that it should be properly corrected now. He also suggested refer- ring it to the City Manager and staff for review. Lynch concurred that it is a dan- gerous intersection and fa- vored a complete study. Michalski concurred that Hill and 3rd Streets is heavily traveled. Motion carried 7-0.
