The City entered into a Purchase Agreement dated June 26, 2015 with McFadden Family Partnership, L.L.P. for the purchase of agricultural property to be included in the expansion of the Dubuque Industrial Center Economic Development District. The City closed Friday, September 11, 2015 on the purchase of this property. Attached is a resolution accepting the deed to the property. I recommend adoption of the resolution.
