Our records show that on February 9, 2001 one of our trucks struck the parked car · owned by Ms. McMullen while plowing and deicing Curtis Street during a snow event. I did inspect the damage to the vehicle and the amount of the claim appears to be equal to the damage reported. It is therefore my recommendation to pay the claim as filed.
