Buol and Members of the City Council March 21, 2008 Claim Against the City of Dubuque by Regina Pint Date of Claim Date of Loss Nature of Claim 03/05/08 03/04/08 Vehicle Damage This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a City of Dubuque Keyline bus struck and damaged her vehicle which was parked across from 395 West 9t" Street. According to the report of Jon Rodocker, Transit Manager, based on the information provided in the police report and the Keyline operator's report, this incident was unavoidable. It is therefore the recommendation of Jon Rodocker to approve this claim of $200.05 as filed. The City Attorney's Office concurs with this recommendation. BAL:tIs cc: Michael C. Mrs. Pint claims that her vehicle was damaged when a Keyline Bus struck her vehicle while parked near on W 9t" St. Based on the information provided in the police report and the Keyline operators report, I conclude that the incident was unavoidable.
