This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a City of Dubuque Keyline bus struck
and damaged her vehicle which was parked across from 395 West 9t" Street.
According to the report of Jon Rodocker, Transit Manager, based on the information
provided in the police report and the Keyline operator's report, this incident was
unavoidable.
It is therefore the recommendation of Jon Rodocker to approve this claim of $200.05 as
filed. The City Attorney's Office concurs with this recommendation.

This letter will respond to the claim filed by Regina Pint (report #01-08-10088) on March
4, 2008.
Mrs. Pint claims that her vehicle was damaged when a Keyline Bus struck her vehicle
while parked near on W 9t" St.
Based on the information provided in the police report and the Keyline operators report,
I conclude that the incident was unavoidable. It is therefore my recommendation to pay
the claim ($200.05) as filed.
