INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend the annual renewal of the above
liquor license businesses and to highlight the calls for service related to incidences of
disturbances, crimes against persons, crimes against property, and public moral
violations occurring since the last liquor license renewal.
BACKGROUND
Regarding the listed businesses, the following is a summary of activity since the last
renewal. The following key provides a brief description of those calls for service
involving the primary four areas of concern.

Since the last renewal, there have been 16 calls for service. Of those, there was one
disturbance, two crimes against persons, one crime against property, and two public
moral violations. Additionally there were six individual violations and no violations
against the business.

RECOMMENDATION
Based upon a review of the above businesses, we would recommend approval of the
annual liquor license for Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, 2805 Northwest Arterial;
Jorja's Restaurant, 3130 Jackson Street; Oky Doky #1, 250 West 1St Street; Oky Doky
#2, 51 West 32"d Street; Shot Tower Inn, 390 Locust Street and Stone Cliff Winery, 600
Star Brewery Drive.

Action requested is for City Council consideration to approve the liquor license renewal
for Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, 2805 Northwest Arterial; Jorja's Restaurant, 3130
Jackson Street; Oky Doky #1, 250 West 1St Street; Oky Doky #2, 51 West 32"d Street;

for approval and the same have been examined and approved: and
Whereas, the premises to be occupied by such applicants were inspected and found to
comply with the Ordinances of the City and have filed proper bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DUBUQUE, IOWA:
