Mayor Welu stated that this is
the regular monthly meeting of the
City Council for the purpose of
acting upon such business as may
properly come before the meeting.
Proofs of publication, certified
to by the publishers, of notice of
levy of special assessment and in-
tention of the City Council to is-
sue bonds for the improvement of
York street from the south pro-
perty line of Curtis Street to the
west propety line of South Hill
Street, presented and read. Coun-
cilman Kolb moved that the
proofs of publication be received
and filed. Seconded by Council-
man Austin. Carried by the follow-
ing vote:
Yeas - Mayor Welu, Councilmen
Austin, Kolb, Schueller.
Nays - None.
Absent - Councilman Russo.
