This is a claim in which the claimant states that while the City was doing work on White
Street, the City "hit a line", resulting in the sewer backing up and flooding her basement.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
