The c onsent agenda items are c onsidered to be routine and non-c ontroversial and all c onsent items
will be normally voted upon in a single motion without any separate discussion on a partic ular item. If
y ou would like to discuss one of the Consent Items, please go to the microphone and be recognized
by the Mayor and state the item you would like removed from the Consent Agenda for separate

1.Ratification of Collective Bargaining Agr eements
City Manager rec ommending approval of three c ollective bargaining agreements that have already been
ratified by the unions. This inc ludes Teamsters Local Union No. 120, Teamsters Loc al Union No. 120-Bus
Operators, and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local #234.
