SUBJECT: Contract Number 08-DRH-212 —Amendment Number 9
Dear Mayor Buol:
The Iowa Economic Development Authority(IEDA)hereby provides documentation on the above
referenced Community Development Block Grant(CDBG)Program contract by closing out completed
activities.
Based on a recent file review of the Activity Certifications and Project Closeout forms,the following
activity will be closed by IEDA through this amendment:
Activity 876—88 units completed(Caradco 72 units and Lindseed 16 units)
The above activities may continue to have terms of affordability,which may result in return of funds for
properties sold or non-compliant within those terms. As such, any future returned funds should be
submitted to IEDA through the standard GAX process.No further funds will be awarded to the above
activities; however returned fiends will always be processed through a contract amendment to reconcile
budget numbers. As this contract expired on December 31, 2015, for all intents and purposes this contract
can be considered closed.
PLEASE FILE THIS AMENDMENT MATERIAL WITH YOUR ORIGINAL CONTRACT
DOCUMENT so that you will have current information on the status of your contract. If your
amendment includes a budget change, be sure that is reflected on your next"Request for
