This is a claim in which claimant alleges that as she was traveling south on Bluff Street
entering the intersection at 9th Street, a City of Dubuque Park Division employee driving
west on 9th Street ran the red light and struck claimant's vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
