Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting the Sustainable Dubuque Quarterly Work Session and
closed session on real estate transfer negotiations.

Sustainable Dubuque partners and City staff will conduct the quarterly Sustainable
Dubuque Work Session.
