We the residents have seen trespassing on our property, truant students smoking and playing thumping music in their cars all through out the day. One resident has seen students urinating in their bushes. We have pop cans and bottles, and fast food papers strewn about our neighborhood. We also have congested corners near the intersection that could potentially prevent emergency vehicles from reaching its destination. Winter time is especially a problem, when the students park so close to the stop signs and the snow pushes parking of their cars out further in the street. We are requesting for a residential parking permit between the hours of 7:00a.m. till 2:30p.m. August 30th thru June 1. Thank you for your consideration, The residents of Green Street and Avoca Street.
