1. Approval of minutes from the March 2, 2017 meeting. Motion by White to approve as submitted.
Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 2-0.

2. Schedule a promotional examination for the position of Medical Officer. Motion by White to set the
application deadline for May 4, 2017 with an examination date of July 11, 2017. Commissioner
White to proctor. Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 2-0. Chief Steines left the meeting at 4:05
p.m. i
3. Establish the passing score for the position of Public Works Field Supervisor. Motion by White to
set the passing score of 62 (78.5%) and above correct answers and certify the list for Public
Works Field Supervisor as read for two years. Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 2-0. Renee !)
Tyler and John Klostermann left the meeting at 4:11 m.

4. Establish the passing score for the position of Water Plant Operator. Motion by Neuhaus to set the
passing score of 73 (69.5%)and above correct answers and certify the list for Water Plant Operator
as read for two years. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
5. Adjournment. Motion by White to adjourn at 4:18 p.m. Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 2-0.
