Approve Minutes of April 26, 2002
Commissioner Wertzberger moved to approve the minutes of April 26, 2002. Seconded
by Kluesner, passed unanimously.

Schedule Hearing Date on Appeal of Michael McDermott
Commissioner Kluesner moved to schedule Thursday, May 23, 2002, 2:00 p.m. as the
hearing date on the appeal of Michael McDermott_ Seconded by Wertzberger, passed
unanimously. The hearing will b~ in Conference Room A at City Hall.
Establish Passing Point for Position of Police Officer
Commissioner Wertzberger moved that the passing point for the position of Police
Officer be established at 74. Seconded by Kluesner, passed unanimously.
There being no further business, upon motion the meeting adjourned at 3:16 p.m.
