The Dubuque City Council met in special session at 6:00 p.m. on June 12, 2017 in the
Historic Federal Building, 350 W. 6th Street.

Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting work sessions on Community Health Needs Assessment
and Health Improvement Plan and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
Brownfields Assessment Grant.
WORK SESSION(S)
1. Community Health Needs Assessment and Health Improvement Plan
City staff, Dubuque County, County Health Department and community partners
conducted a work session with the City Council regarding the Community Health Needs
Assessment and Health Improvement Plan.

2. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Assessment Grant
City staff and consultants from HR Green conducted a work session with the City
Council regarding their work administering the 2013 EPA Brownfields Assessment
Grant.
