This is a claim in which the claimant states that while his vehicle was parked on E. 22nd
Street at Washington Street, the driver of a City Operations and Maintenance vehicle
attempted to turn right onto E. 22na Street from Washington Street, and struck the left front
of claimant's vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
