Terry Duggan & City Council,
Pleaes don't approve anymore street repairs.
I've lived in Dbq. my entire life and don't ever remember a mess such as
we have this year. I can't find my way around - just how do we expect
tourists to find anything. I know if I were a tourist I'd certainly by-pass Dbq.
It's a mess.
