Call to Oider
The Dubuque Transit Advisory Board meeting was called to order by Matt Esser, Board Chair at 4:19 pm
Review/approve the agenda for the Thursdav Mav 11, 2017 Transit Advisory Board meeting
Motion by Stewart second by Sema. The motion passed unanimously.
Review/approve the minutes from the Thursday April 13, 2017 Transit Advisory Board meeting
Motion by Lohnnatm, second by Stewart to approve the minutes with edits from the "Thursday March 9, 2017
Transit Advisory Board meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
General Public Comments and Service Requests
Several requests for service to the DMV in Key West Upon recommendation by the City Manager,
appoiatmera-based service will be provided when Minibus trips are already scheduled to visit the area. The
changes will be reviewed and approved at the June hearing
Review/approve Title VI Plan
Motion by Stewart, second by Senna to approve the Title VI Plan with edits. The motion passed unanimously.
Presentation from Dan Fox, Transportation Planner, DMATS/ECIA
Fox reported on the DMATS Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for FY18. The public input phase
will remain open 30 days from the TAB meeting date and is available on their website.
Managers' Report
a. Review/Approve Statistical Data, (action Item)
Motion by Stewart, second by Senna to approve the Managers report. The motion passed unanimously.
b. Update on Jule Operations Center Timeline
c. Review Delhi Transfer Roundabout Construction Impacts. The roundabout scheduled for construction
at the University & Grandview intersection will impact the current location for the Delhi transfer.
Federal funding is being pursued to move the midtown transfer location.
d. Route schedule changes including weekday evening service are proposed to being August 14, 2017.
Discussion of route schedule moved to June meeting
Motion by Senna, second by Lohmiatm to set the start date for route changes for August 14, 2017. The motion
passed unanimously.
Review No Smoking Policv
Board members reviewed current no smoking signage and Eudaley-Loebach reported on the smoking policy
discussion from the Labor Management Meeting

June meeting
The June meeting will be held on June 8, 2017 at 4:15 p.m at the Intermodal Facility, 950 Elm Street The July
and August meetings have been tentatively cancelled. The neat meeting will be September 14, 2017.
