We have 12 appeals from the Dubuque City Board of Review. Nine of these appeals are to the Iowa Property
Assessment Board(PAAB) and three of the appeals are to District Court.
Attached is a list of the properties along with the owners name,parcel number, address, assessed value,petitioned
value and the class of the property for each protest.
This notification is required under 441.37A(1) d of the Code of Iowa. The appeals are for 2017 assessments of value
and would affect taxes beginning in the fall of 2018 and the spring of 2019.
