Nine of these appeals are to the Iowa Property Assessment Board(PAAB) and three of the appeals are to District Court. Attached is a list of the properties along with the owners name,parcel number, address, assessed value,petitioned value and the class of the property for each protest. This notification is required under 441.37A(1) d of the Code of Iowa.
