SPECIAL SESSION
The Dubuque City Council met in special session at 6:00 p.m. on July 10, 2017in the
Historic Federal Building, 350 W. 6th Street.
Present: Mayor Buol; Council Members Connors, Del Toro, Lynch, Resnick, Rios City
Manager Vane illigen, City Attorney Brumwell
Absent: Council Member Jones
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting work sessions on the Imagine Dubuque Comprehensive
Plan Update and the Southwest Arterial Project Update
WORK SESSION
1. Imagine Dubuque Comprehensive Plan Update Lam' 4c>
Planning Services staff and representatives from Teska Associates, Inc. will conduct a
work session on the overview of the process and conceptual outline, format, themes
and content for the new Imagine Dubuque Comprehensive Plan.
2. Southwest Arterial Update
City staff will conduct a work session on the status of the Southwest Arterial project.
