Buses travel on a set schedule and follow a fixed route between bus stops. The Minibus is a door-to-door transportation service offered by The Jule for qualifying Mini individuals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Rides can be requested to and from any location within the City of Dubuque or East Dubuque. Bike racks are installed on the front of all Jule fixed-route buses.
