Ridership Rides provided by The Jule have increased 39% since 2011 to 553,387 in 2016.

The Jule provides multiple standard bus routes throughout the
Standard Bus Route Servic community connecting people to services, employment,
schools, and recreational opportunities. Buses travel on a set
schedule and follow a fixed route between bus stops.
The Minibus is a door-to-door transportation service offered by The Jule for qualifying
Mini individuals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Rides can be requested to and
from any location within the City of Dubuque or East Dubuque.
Bike racks are installed on the front of all Jule fixed-route buses.
Bike & Ride Bikes ride free with a paying passenger and secure indoor bike
storage is available at the Intermodal Parking Ramp at 950 Elm St.

All Jule buses are equipped with either ramps or lifts to provide
Accessibility / access for passengers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
As vehicles are replaced, ramps will be the preferred access option,
resulting in greater independence and reduced maintenance costs.

The Mayor and City Council have approved weeknight evening service
effective August 14, 2017 . This new service is funded in part by
changes to daytime and Saturday service levels.
Daytime + Evening Service Late Night Service School Year Only
Monday - Friday: 6AM - 9: 15PM Friday & Saturday: 9: 15PM - 2:40AM
Saturday: 8AM - 9: 15PM
New service hours include standard routes and MiniBus service
