SUMMARY: City staff will conduct a walking tour of the Jule Transit
Operations and Training Center at 925 Kerper Boulevard.
The tour will assemble at the northeast corner of the
building site near the construction trailers.
This area is an active construction site and therefore not
ADA accessible.
This meeting will not be broadcast.

RE: Work Session — Jule Operations and Training Center Walking Tour

City Staff will conduct a walking tour for the Dubuque City Council of the new Jule
Operations and Training Center (JOTC). The walking tour group will assemble in the
northeast corner of the building site near the Tricon Construction Trailers. For anyone
driving to the tour, they should enter the project site off of Kerper Boulevard at the
driveway near the construction trailers. There is available parking in the same area
where the walking tour group will assemble.
The tour walking route will cover both the inside and outside of the building. The JOTC
site is an active construction site, and therefore, not currently ADA accessible. Also,
everyone is asked to stay with the tour group as some areas under construction are not
safe. Please see the attached map for information regarding the tour route.
