Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting a work session and setting a public hearing on the Imagine
Dubuque Comprehensive Plan.
WORK SESSION
1. Imagine Dubuque Comprehensive Plan
Assistant Planner Dave Johnson and representatives from Teska Associates will
conduct a work session with the City Council on the Imagine Dubuque Comprehensive
Plan.

City Manager recommending adoption of a resolution setting a public hearing for the
2017 Imagine Dubuque Comprehensive Plan on September 18, 2017.
