FIRST AMENDMENT
TO
PARKING LICENCE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF DUBUQUE, IOWA
AND
Q CASINO
This First Amendment o Parking License Agreement, dated for reference
purposes the 30 day of /Not IA , 2017, is made and entered into by and
between the City of Dubuque, ldwa, a municipal corporation (City) and Q Casino (Q
Casino), an Iowa non-profit corporation.
Whereas, City and Q Casino entered into a Parking License Agreement dated the
16th day of June, 2017, where City grants to Q Casino a license for the privilege of using
the Licensed Area as shown on Exhibit A for providing parking under the terms and
conditions set forth in the Parking License Agreement.
Whereas, the parties desire to amend the Parking License Agreement as set forth
herein.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES THAT
THE PARKING LICENSE AGREEMENT IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 1 is amended to read as follows:
SECTION 1. TERM OF AGREEMENT. Subject to Paragraph 11, City hereby grants to
Q Casino a nonexclusive license to use the Licensed Area for public parking from on the
following dates and times:
Saturday, June 17, 2017
Saturday, July 1, 2017
Sunday, July 2, 2017
Saturday, July 15, 2017
Friday, August 11, 2017
Friday, August 18, 2017
Thursday, August 24, 2017
Saturday, August 25, 2017
Saturday, August 26, 2017
Sunday, September 3, 2017
