DISCUSSION Per the management agreement SMG is to make an annual report. SMG management continues to work hard as our partner and HR is excited to update the City Council on finances, events being scheduled, and always has lots of news to share. This report will keep the Council up-to-date on the activities of Five Flags of the past year and what is coming up. ACTION TO BE TAKEN I respectfully request the opportunity for an Annual Report of the Five Flags Civic Center activities to be placed on the City Council agenda.
