Council Members Buol, Cline,
Connors; Markham, Michalski,
Nicholson, City Manager
Michael Van Milligen
Mayor Duggan read the call
and stated this is a Special.
Session of. the City Council
,called, for the purpose of
wevaluating the City Manager.
Motion made to go into
Closed Session in accordanc::
with Ch. 21.5 1(1) 2001 Code
of Iowa, to evaluate the pro-
fessional competency of an
individual whose appointment,
hiring, performance or dis-
charge is being considered
when necessary to prevent
needless and or Irreparable
Injury tothat individual's
reputation and that Individual
has requested a Closed Ses
slon. Motion carried 7-0.
City Manager Van. Milligan left the Closed Session at 5:45
P.m.
Council `rer9onvened - In
Regular Session at 5:47 p.m.,
Indicating the evaluation had
been completed.
There being ,no further busi-
ness, Michalski moved to
adjourn, Seconded by Cline.
Motion carried ' 7-0. The
meeting adjourned at 8:48
p.m.
