Present: Chairperson Otto Krueger, Commissioners Jim Schilling, and Dan White
Also Present: Kyle C Cross, Police Chief Kim Wadding, Assistant Police Chief Terry Tobin,
Officer Jeff Tupper (Dubuque Police Protective Association), Lt. Robert Prine,
Chairperson Krueger called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. and the Commission heard
testimony and received Exhibits in the matter of:
Kyle Cross Appealing his Termination from the City of Dubuque Police
Department.
Attorney Barry Lindahl appeared for the City of Dubuque
Attorney Steve Juergens appeared for Kyle C. Cross
Swearing in of witnesses
Opening statements were give my Lindahl and Juergens
Witnesses appearing for the City of Dubuque:
Kyle C. Cross
Lt. Robert Prine
Police Chief Kim Wadding
Mr. Juergens called no witnesses.
Motion by Schilling to reverse the termination of Kyle C. Cross for asix-day suspension.
Seconded by White. Motion carried 3-0.
There being no further business, the Commission adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
