Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant states as he was walking across Main Street between
16th and 17th Streets, he stepped into a pothole, twisting his ankle. He was treated at
Mercy Medical Center E.R. for a broken bone in his right foot.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
