Personal Iniury
This is a claim in which the claimant states that as he was mowing his yard, he stepped
into a hole caused by a broken storm drainpipe. He twisted his ankle and fractured a bone
in his leg.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
