Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant states that as he was walking toward the Riverboat
Museum from the Diamond Jo Casino, he stepped off the curb and broke his ankle.
Claimant states that this was due to poor lighting.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
