Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant states that while at the Riverfront Pavilion at Eagle
Point Park, he and his daughter were sitting on one side of a picnic table, and his niece on
the other side. After his niece stood up, the picnic table flipped, pinning him between the
table and a rough support column.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
