Van Milligen, City Manager SUBJECT: Final Plat Harvest Business Center: Dedication of Lot B The final plat of Harvest Business Center was approved by the City Council on May 20, 2002. At that time, the developer was asking that the original street name of Commerce Court be renamed to Meinen Court. The resolution accepting Meinen Court inadvertently left out the cul-de-sac portion of the street, Lot B. Planning Services Manager Laura Carstens is recommending accepting Lot B (Meinen Court) of Harvest Business Center as it is in substantial compliance with the City of Dubuque Subdivision Regulations. I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council approval. Michael C.
