Harvest Bus. Ctr Plat - Lot BMEMORANDUM
June 25, 2002
TO: The Honorable Mayor and City Council Members
FROM: Michael C. Van Milligen, City Manager
SUBJECT: Final Plat Harvest Business Center: Dedication of Lot B
The final plat of Harvest Business Center was approved by the City Council on May 20,
2002. At that time, the developer was asking that the original street name of Commerce
Court be renamed to Meinen Court. The resolution accepting Meinen Court
inadvertently left out the cul-de-sac portion of the street, Lot B.
Planning Services Manager Laura Carstens is recommending accepting Lot B (Meinen
Court) of Harvest Business Center as it is in substantial compliance with the City of
Dubuque Subdivision Regulations.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.

MEMORANDUM
June 20, 2002
TO: Michael C. Van Milligen, City Manager
FROM: Laura Carstens, Planning Services Manager
SUBJECT: Final Plat Harvest Business Center: Dedication of Lot B
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this memorandum is to request City Council approval of the resolution
accepting Lot B (Meinen Court) of Harvest Business Center. A resolution and plat are
attached to this memorandum.
DISCUSSION
The final plat of Harvest Business Center was approved by the City Council on May 20,
2002. At that time, the developer was asking that the original street name of
Commerce Court be renamed to Meinen Court. The resolution accepting Meinen Court
inadvertently left out the cul-de-sac portion of the street, Lot B. The attached resolution
corrects that oversight by the City accepting Lot B of Meinen Court as a public street.
RECOMMENDATION
I recommend approval of the attached resolution accepting Lot B (Meinen Court) of
Harvest Business Center as it is in substantial compliance with the City of Dubuque
Subdivision Regulations.
