6. 2019 Iowa DOT ICAAP Application for STREETS Improvements
City Manager recommending approval to submit an application in partnership with
Dubuque Metropolitan Area Transportation Study (DMATS) for an Iowa Department of
Transportation Iowa Clean Air Attainment Program (ICAAP) application to assist with
funding Smart Traffic Routing with Efficient and Effective Traffic Signals (STREETS)
improvements.
